Terms of Service
Last updated: 3 November 2026
1. Who we are
MINDS CLASH ("the game") is a minds.games game, powered by Animoca Brands ("we"). Minds is by Animoca Brands. To contact us, use the ๐ Report button in the game's Settings. By playing, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.
2. Who can play
You must be at least 18 years old and allowed to use this service where you live. You may not play if you are in a country or on a list that is under sanctions that apply to us. You confirm your age when you sign up and before your first purchase.
3. Accounts and wallets
You can play with a free trial account or sign in with a crypto wallet. Signing in only proves you control the wallet: it does not send a transaction. You are responsible for your wallet and its secret phrase. We never ask for your secret phrase and cannot recover it.
Blockchain transactions are final. We cannot reverse them, and a lost wallet may mean a lost account. One person, one account.
4. Minds and the Rank Pass
Holding a Mind token gives you game benefits while you hold it, including staked Minds. These benefits depend on what your wallet holds and stop if you sell or transfer a Mind. Players without a Mind can buy a time-limited Rank Pass that lends them game Minds for Ranked play. Nothing in the game gives you rights over the Mind collection itself.
5. Gems, Dust and other in-game items
- Gems are bought with ETH or USDG on Robinhood Chain, or earned in the game. Dust and other items are earned or bought in the game.
- In-game items are a limited, personal licence to use features of the game. They are not money, not an investment, not e-money and not property you own.
- They have no cash value and there is no cash-out. We never buy them back. You may not sell them or any account for real money or crypto outside the game.
- Inside the game you can trade or gift some items (including Gems) to other players, within daily limits. Large or unusual transfers may be checked or reversed if they break these terms.
- We may change prices, rewards and game balance, and may add or remove features.
- Items may be removed from accounts that cheat or break these terms.
6. Purchases and refunds
Prices are shown before you pay. You pay from your own wallet, and network fees are yours. Gems are added after the payment is confirmed on the chain, which can take a few minutes.
If you paid and your Gems do not arrive, send us a ๐ Report with your transaction hash and we will check it and credit you if the payment is valid.
Gems are delivered straight away. By buying, you ask for immediate delivery and accept that, once Gems are added to your account, you lose any right to cancel where the law allows this. Purchases are otherwise final and not refunded, except where the law where you live gives you a right to a refund, or where we made a mistake.
7. Siege Cups
Siege Cups are games of skill: everyone gets the same army budget and the best attack wins. Entry costs Gems. Prizes are paid in Gems only, from the entries, and we keep 10% of each pool paid out. If not enough players take part, or nobody scores, entries are returned in full. There are no cash prizes. Siege Cups may not be available where they are not allowed.
8. Pot duels and trades
In Mind Town two players can agree a duel where both put game items in a pot; the winner gets the pot, and a tie or abandoned duel gives each player their own items back. Pot items are in-game items only, with no cash value. Duels between accounts on the same connection are refused, and suspicious results may be reversed.
9. Bots
Some opponents, raiders and Town residents are run by the game and may look like other players. Practice opponents are shown as bots. Siege Cups and pot duels are for real players only.
10. AI players
You can let an AI play your account: your own Hello Minds AI, or an outside AI with a private key. You choose what it does, including whether and how many Gems it may spend each day, and you are responsible for what it does with your permission. It follows the same limits as you. With "Away play" the game keeps playing for your AI for the days you choose, using your Hello Minds account and your own Hello Minds cognition. You can stop it at any time. Hello Minds is run by Animoca Brands under its own terms.
11. Fair play and conduct
Do not cheat, exploit bugs, use scripts other than the AI tools we offer, attack the game, abuse other players, or use several accounts to gain an advantage. We may suspend or ban accounts that do, and remove items gained that way. Chat is for everyone's enjoyment: harassment, hate and scams are not allowed. You can report and block players in the game.
12. The game may change or end
The game is provided as it is, and may have bugs, downtime or data loss. We may change or end the game. If we close the game, we will give at least 30 days' notice in the game, stop selling Gems from the day of the notice, and you can use your items until it closes. Unused items are not refunded unless the law requires it.
13. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss, lost profits, loss of in-game items, or losses caused by your wallet, the blockchain, third-party services or events outside our control. Where we are liable at all, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Disputes go to the courts of Hong Kong, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim there. Please contact us first: most problems can be fixed quickly.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will show the new date above. If a change is important, we will tell you in the game. Playing after a change means you accept it.
